WOODSIDE - OUR PEOPLE AND PETS!
Due to the nature of our work, we cannot depend on vounteers alone - we must employ staff. Distressed animals, those about to give birth and those needing medication need appropriate and experienced handling. Only with paid employees can we ensure that such a large sanctuary is always adequately manned. Even so there are frequent periods such as cat flu epidemics during the kitten season when we are stretched to the very limit. Ninety felines in care are not unknown in these times.

We're intensely proud that so many of our staff members have remained with us through some especially difficult times. Several of them for decades.
Continuity of standards and care are vitally important when dealing with vulnerable pets and we are truly grateful for their loyalty and commitment as we are of all our staff, volunteers and supporters.
