Ranger is searching for an understanding, experienced owner who will give him the time he needs to settle and learn to be happy again.
Life has been stressful for this lovely boy of late, after his owner sadly passed away. His carers feel they’re yet to see Ranger’s true personality shine through, however they’re starting to see glimmers of his sweet nature.
Once he gets to know you, Ranger, a four-year-old Swedish Vallhund X, is very loving and enjoys playing with soft, squeaky toys. He gets on well with other dogs and likes running around the sanctuary’s fields.
Ranger is nervous at first and can be unsure of people and loud noises, so a calm, quiet home would suit him best.
Ranger has previously lived with dogs and cats, but does chase cats when out and about.
Ranger cannot live with children and would not be suitable for a home with visiting children.
