Colin the cat stuck in his collar

Woodside run a welfare round in the community at least twice a week. The calls can vary a great deal but stray and feral cats remain top of the call list. However, last week, what was seen as a routine call of a believed abandoned cat lead the team to find one in desperate need of help.
