Lana is a five month old Collie cross who arrived with us in February this year aged 4 months. She is currently not available for adoption as staff are working with her to expand her experience of the world and to socialise her with both people and animals.
Lana is extremely loving with the people she knows and is happy in the environments she knows. However she becomes very scared in new surroundings and at the moment will look to flee. She can become overwhelmed in busy environments and so we are working to expose her to new things and build her confidence. She requires a slow introduction with new people.
Lana travels well in the car and loves to sit on the back seat, where she will happily curl up or sit watching out the window. She has made huge progress meeting other dogs and enjoys playing with them off the lead.
