Rupert and Rosie are our newest residents here at the sanctuary coming into us in 2026 they are 2-3 years old.
They are a very funny and confident pair, who come running for a fuss as soon as they see the staff of the small and large section. Rupert and Rosie love their food and much like one of our older sheep residents Piggle they like to let you know if you are running late with their breakfast or dinner, sometimes it can feel like you are a ping pong ball between the two of them at these times as they like to run right next to you to insure they do not get forgotten at all.
Rupert and Rosie were kept separate from our other older resident sheep and our shetland pony Amos for a little bit just to insure everyone was healthy before mixing them, once the quarantine time was over we made introductions to everyone and they all got on great like they had been friends forever.
Having settled in super well Rosie and Rupert share their fields with fellow sheep Iggle and Piggle and shetland pony Amos.
