Mike is a 4 year old, male, Dachshund. He is good with dogs, and has made some little friends here at the sanctuary, he walks well on the lead and enjoys his walks in the forest, and off lead in our fully enclosed fields.
Mike is a friendly boy, who enjoys attention, he is good with children.
Mike doesn’t like to be left, so is looking for an owner who is home throughout the day/can take him to work, and has the time and patience to work with him and slowly build up the time that he is left. Mike was brought into the sanctuary due to his barking, his new owners would need to be aware of this and willing to work with him to reduce it.
