Say hello to Roxanne, a super-friendly greyhound who adores people.
Roxanne gets very excited when she sees people and loves to go out for her walks. She walks well on the lead and would love to find a forever home with a sofa to rest her paws on. Having been an ex-racing greyhound, Roxanne has never had the chance to experience a home before, therefore general household items and noises will all be brand new to her. We are confident that, with a little bit of patience, she will have no issues adjusting to home life and will thrive.
Having recently arrived at the sanctuary, we are all enjoying getting to know this beautiful girl and seeing her wonderful nature shine through. Roxanne has come from an ex-racing background and therefore she is only used to seeing other greyhounds, which she is good with. We are currently socialising her with other dogs here at the sanctuary, which is going well.
