Summer now 18 years old has been at the sanctuary since October 2015. She is a resident due to medical reasons.
Summer used to be unpredictable when she first arrived at the sanctuary and found it difficult to settle in to cattery life having only known her owner for hers at the time, but she become fully content making lots of friends when she was made a resident with us.
Summer enjoys a fuss from her favourite people and often greets visitors in to her room, but she will still let people know if she does not want the fuss. She loves sunbathing in our memorial garden which is right by her Sunnyside room or looking out the window at what is happening in her area, often snoozing with her paws against the glass.
Summer enjoys all the extra comforts in our Sunnyside room with company of friends Mini, Nuka and Eric.
