Chad is a 3 year old tabby male.
He’s had a tricky life before arriving with us. After being abandoned, he lost all his trust in humans and arrived as a feral cat.
The staff have worked tirelessly to move slowly and show him the kindness and love they do for all the animals, hoping to slowly gain trust. After many months this started to pay off. He would watch inquisitively, starting to let staff get closer before running away.
We are now looking for that home that will continue to nurture this sweet boy. With the staff he is most used to, he will how sit with and delight in the cuddles and attention. His new owners would need to give this time, while still encouraging contact.
Chad has always been friendly and inviting to all his feline neighbours, so could potentially live with another cat.
