Darcie is a 1 year old, female Dachshund. She is a gorgeous girl, who has previously lived with dogs, cats and children (aged 1 year +) Darcie does get travel sick when travelling in the car, but is well behaved on walks. She walks well on the lead and has good recall off lead.
Darcie has separation anxiety, so is looking for a home with an owner who has had experience dealing with this in the past, and has the time to help build her confidence and training with being left. She is on a hypoallergenic diet, due to food allergies and itchy skin.
Darcie was brought into the sanctuary through no fault of her own, as her owner had to move house and could not take her into the new property.
