Ruby is a 14 month old Collie x Labrador. She is good with other dogs, but does do the ‘Collie stalk’. Ruby has lived with children in her previous home, and can live with children aged 6 years and over. We are currently assessing her with cats, and will update the website accordingly.
Ruby is a gorgeous girl, full of energy and excitement. She has not been let off of the lead in the previous home, so will need to continue recall training once adopted. She hasn’t been left at home for long periods of time, when in a new home this time will need to be gradually increased.
Ruby was brought into the sanctuary due to ill health of her owner. She is looking for an active home, with someone who can offer her the exercise and mental stimulation she requires.
